After chatting with Laura about my booking it became clear she is a very knowledgeable and experienced travel agent. I've travelled a lot and I'm picky about what I want, so I'm not easy to please! Laura and Tom assisted us in booking a family trip to Malta. It was organised quickly and easily, great service and very happy. Covid19 unfortunately came along and disrupted travel plans. Laura immediately contacted us with the news and advised how to manage the cancellation of flights. She offered lots of other options and ongoing support. We have decided to rebook later this year and will definitely rebook with RIA SELECT TRAVEL. We have felt safe and supported throughout this difficult process. Laura is absolutely amazing. Throughout these troubling times, she has continued to provide an amazing service to her customers. Unfortunately, my husband and I have rebooked our holiday 3 times due to Covid, every single time the booking has been cancelled, Laura has had amazing. Great communication with us and nothing has ever been too much trouble. We have opted for a refund as our Turkey holiday has been cancelled again and we are only interested in travelling there. I used RIA Select Travel to book my trip to New York! I was nervous at first them being a small business and myself only ever using the big name travel agents to book trips but from start to finish Laura was amazing! Really pleased with Laura’s support getting everything booked for our Summer break. Needed a hotel in London for 7, with various health needs. The team at RIA were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel that they helped us to choose was perfect, in the best location, and it made our stay so memorable as the views if the Tower Bridge were amazing.
